EASY RETURNS POLICY OF ROMANO NX:
We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the Romano nx website, you have an option to raise return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Search by your Order ID or AWB.
Click the "REQUEST RETURN" link given below Order Status.
Fill the details.

Our courier partner will pick up product from you within 4 business days from the date of request. A service fee of 150rs is applicable for this facility, which covers the courier and handling charges. Once we receive the return product at our facility in original condition; it will take us 7-10 business days to process and issue store credits after deducting 150rs from order value.
Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), tags, bill and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a salable condition as we cannot issue store credits for products that show signs of use.
If these steps are taken, we will issue store credits after deducting 150rs from order value. Once we receive the return product at our facility; it will take us 7-10 business days to process and issue store credits. Store credits can be used to purchase any product on our website.
What are Store Credits? Store credits are a balance/code we issue to you when you return a product. Instead of refund, we will mail you store credits which you can use to buy anything from our website - just like cash! How to Use: 1.Add products to your cart. 2.At checkout, write the code which you received from us by mail in credit note code column (right side top) and click apply. 3.If your order total is more, you can pay the difference by cash on delivery or payment gateway. Note: Once we receive the return product at our facility; it will take us 7-10 business days to process and issue store credits.
You can track status of return product on Track Your Order Page. Just add Prefix R_ to your Order id and track return product i.e. If your Order id is 12345 then search R_12345 to get status of return product.
