EASY SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY OF ROMANO NX:
We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Size Exchange policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Size Exchange. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.
If you are not satisfied with the size of product that you have purchased on the Romano nx website:
Visit our "TRACK YOUR ORDER" Page.
Search by your Order ID or AWB.
Click the "REQUEST RETURN" link given below Order Status.
Fill the details.
Select "STORE CREDITS" As Refund Mode.
Our courier partner will pick up product from you within 4 business days from the date of request. This service is free for all our customers. Entire purchase amount will be refunded as store credits on priority basis after pick up is done. Refunds will be done through store credits.
ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE STORE CREDITS FROM OUR SIDE WE REQUEST YOU TO PLACE FRESH NEW ORDER OF THE SIZE THAT YOU WANT TO ORDER.
Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), tags, bill and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a salable condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use.
You can track status of return product on Track Your Order Page. Just add Prefix R_ to your Order id and track return product i.e. If your Order id is 12345 then search R_12345 to get status of return product.
